The Leader Guide is a series of Sessions, or lessons, that are intended to be conducted for the first 10 minutes or so of each rehearsal period. The goal of the Sessions is to help train all the performers and crew members so that by the time they put on the actual performance of The Question, they have been equipped to be personal evangelists for the rest of their lives by understanding what Christ has done for us and how to share the Gospel clearly. The theme of the training program is: "Loving others enough to share Jesus with them."
